Timothy Allen, President of Your Retirement Inc received the M.M., in Conducting, taught in the public schools from 1976-78, and was then called into the ministry as an ordained worship pastor for 27 years. Significant training and experience in marital and financial counseling helped to prepare him for a new chapter of life.
Retiring in 2005, he founded Your Retirement Inc, TX Department of Insurance License #1440239. The agency focuses on those preparing for retirement or enjoying their retirement years. Its agents serve clients in Texas, Georgia, Illinois and Indiana, protecting their assets and maintaining their quality of life so that they never run out of retirement income regardless of circumstances.
Timothy Allen is licensed by the State of Texas Department of Insurance: #1355125. He is a graduate of Pro Financial, and has completed Continuing Education in Retirement Planning, Wealth Management, Estate Planning, Long Term Care, Medicare Supplements, and Life Insurance, Working with a seasoned Estate Planning Attorney, he uses innovative trust designs to maximize Wealth Transfer. He is a Texas Property Tax Back Specialist. His training includes specialized training in the financial, physical and social aspects of aging through AARP. He is also a member of the National Ethics Bureau for financial services companies, which requires its members to pass an extensive 12-point background 
check and maintain rigorous ethics and business standards.
Appointed by more than 50 benchmark financial and insurance companies, he specializes in "safe money solutions" including, but not limited to, IRAs, 403bs, annuities, life settlements, long term care, Medicare supplements, and life insurance for estate, and final expense protection. He uses only vehicles which are not correlated to the stock market in order to protect and grow his clients’ retirement assets. He designs customized plans to lower taxes, defer property taxes, protect assets from expensive long term care costs, and reduce financial risk in retirement.
He is also a devoted family man who has been married for 31 years, father of two grown sons and now a grandfather for the first time! He and his wife Jane's new grandson, Jacob Riley Allen, was born to Benjamin and Jennifer Allen August 8, 2008.
